Where the customer purchases a product offered for sale on the Site via the Internet, this mutual agreement shall be deemed a Distance Contract and will be subject to legal norms governing distance contracts, including but not limited to Directive No. 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, Consumer Rights Protection Law of Romania. If you purchase a product, you will get an automatic mail, whereby the contract is concluded.

Products Color
Letsridegraphics.com makes efforts for the displayed colors to be as in reality, however the colors you see on your display may be different from the ones that you will see on the products in reality.
Orders
There is no minimum order. All prices are in EUR or RON, according to user selection, and the VAT is included. The displayed prices do not include shipping costs. These costs will be separately shown on the invoice and on Checkout
The invoice will be issued according to the Romanian law and it will be shipped together with the ordered products.
According to Romanian law, the order placed on this website is considered to be a contract between the user and Let’s Ride SRL and it needs to be executed by both parties, meaning that Let’s Ride SRL is obliged to deliver the ordered products and the user is obliged to pay for the ordered products.
The product descriptions displayed in the online shop do not constitute binding offers. The customer, by clicking the “place an order” button after completing the purchase form, makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract with Let’sr Ride pursuant on the terms contained in the purchase form. Let’s ride SRL is not obliged to accept the offer and it submits a purchase confirmation to the email address stated by the customer, thereby the purchase contract is concluded.
Letsridegraphics.com has the right to modifiy the displayed prices on the website anytime it considers to.
Let’s Ride SRL uses other companies' services, like services for shipping or payment. The responsibility for these services is totally associated to these companies. It is the users’s responsibility to read and accept the terms and conditions before placing any order.
Return Policy
Almost all our products are custom made, therefore they are excepted by the return/exchange right according to art.9-15 from OUG34/2015 which refers to distance contracts and contracts outside the commercial spaces.
Even so, Let’s Ride SRL will replace any product that has a different graphic than the one agreed with the user or any products that has any defects. These will be replaced at no cost for the user, only after the products will be return in the initial state, without being used. All products have 14 days limited warranty from the date of delivery (unless provided otherwise) for manufacturer’s defects or errors (you received an incorrect or defective item) only.
Letsridegraphics.com is not accountable for improper installation of graphics, damage to them due to faulty installation techniques, or regular wear and tear and race abrasions. Please double check your order form before placing it, as your order will be printed with the colour choices, race number, template, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made. After receiving the product, please make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the fitment is as ordered. Once you have started to install or use our product, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange it. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom made products for any reason other than error on our part as they are custom made for each customer. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not been processed yet by writing us an e-mail within 24h from the order date. If you’re cancelling the order when the designing has been started, 25% will be withheld as a designing fee. There will be an extra 50EUR charge for a new design in case you decide to completely change the one that’s already has been made.
Logo Rights
If the customer submits his own logo or has any other influence on the product, the customer assures Let’s Ride SRL that the text and logo are free from third-party rights.
Any infringement of copyrights, personal rights or name rights shall be fully borne by the customer in this case.The customer also assures that he does not violate any other rights of third parties due to the individualization of the product.
Logos like KTM, Husqvarna, Red Bull or Monster Energy may not be uploaded under any circumstances. The customer shall indemnify Let’s Ride SRL against all claims and claims asserted for infringement of such rights of third parties, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty.
The customer will reimburse Let’s Ride SRL for all costs of defense and other damages.
User Registration
For creating an account, the user needs to deliver some information that is true, updated and complete.
Authentication as a member on this site involves the user choice for an username and a password. Keeping the password safe is the responsibility of the user.
Personal Data Privacy
Letsridegraphics.com respects customers privacy and will not send their personal data to any third party.
The required personal data are: first name, last name, phone number, delivery address and email address. When you will make the online order, the following data will be further required: delivery address, billing address and payment method.
Users’ personal data will be used by letsridegraphics.com only in the already declared scope.
